Hyatt Regency Auckland boasts 11 function rooms, including smaller boardroom style space, split rooms that are perfect for trade shows and exhibitions, chic and intimate space with sweeping views and a magnificent 865m² Princes Ballroom.
One of the key features for event organisers is the flexibility the hotel can offer. Both the lobby level and lower lobby level have areas that can be divided off into smaller areas for conference breakout sessions or smaller meetings, so we can ensure the right space is created for your event.
PRINCES BALLROOM (floor plan and 2 pictures)
Our Princes Ballroom situated at Lobby Level, offers an elegant venue with natural light and a partially covered terrace. Ideal for large events of up to 1000 guests for cocktails and 600 for a full banquet. The terrace is perfect for pre-dinner festivities and later on coffee and digestives. The ballroom can be divided into three smaller rooms to fit the number of attendees.
TOP OF THE TOWN (floor plan and 1 picture)
Top of the Town is Auckland's most exclusive for weddings. Located on the top floor of the main tower, this opulent space offers unsurpassed views of the harbour, city and parks. The chic décor is guaranteed to impress. The top of the Town can cater up to 140 guests.
REGATTA ROOM (floor plan and 2 pictures)
Located on the Lower Lobby level, the Regatta Room can be split into four rooms, which is perfect for smaller groups or break out sessions. It can host up to 37 booths for trade exhibitions and up to 550 for cocktails.
